Uh, yeah! I think he's the first head of state to use the long- form punchline, to the point that I think it was over most peoples' heads. The dog-eating humor inserted here there, culminating in a very subtle insinuation that Romney is a Nazi (Wolfpack). And god to I want Eric Cantor to explode in a fire of death.
