This game wasn't too bad but holy, that voice acting. And these "conversations", especially with the one girl were like something out of one of those dating sims.
Still the actual gameplay wasn't bad, I felt it successfully replicated the feeling of trying to control a giant robot with just a handheld remote control - you know, if such a thing actually existed in real life.
Oh, I agree wholeheartedly. The fact that your viewpoint of the robo-pocalypse was that of your human character was great. Shoulder buttons to walk and analog sticks to swing arms... loved it. This was one of those games that I played a demo at Sam Goody on a demo station, then immediately walked over to the rack to buy it is a testament to its pure awesomeness.
