I run a florist, and even though is a prank call, you'd be amazed how similar this is to dead serious orders people place.
Also, if we told people we couldn't write sexual/profane messages on cards we'd be fucked, as that accounts for a substantial fraction of the orders people place for flowers. Particularly on and immediately after Valentine's Day.
