I'm only fiving this because I was exactly like this as a kid. First I would die on a tricky section. Then I'd die a few more times on the tricky section. Then I'd make silly mistakes so I'd die earlier and earlier in the level I was trying to complete. Finally, I'd die at the hands of the very first bad guy or the very first obstacle. Something that I would've beaten nine times out of ten before with my eyes shut.
Basically the recurring story of a certain Bramble Barrel based level in Donkey Kong Country 2 (I love you so why do you treat me like shit...?)
Then the game cartridge would've ended up in the bin, accompanied by swearing, only to be retrieved shamefully a few hours later.
