that's not cutting through steel. the first material looks like some sort of meat, you can see the fat marbling in it. the steel mentioned in the text is talking about the steel that the blade is made from. cool vid but incorrect title.

I'm still looking for a good replacement video for this. The one Kleenex offered is goo, but its just the same part of the clip on a loop. The original video had a lot of different variations, all uniquely satisfying.
And yes, this was filmed with an electron microscope, I'm not sure of the magnification, though.
