I have over 200 people working in the labs I work at and you can count the women on one hand there, and those women are complete outcasts within female society.

We can *totally* break out of culturally stereotyped 'female' careers, into male-dominated ones, without having to sacrifice things like fashion and make-up and trying to find rich/attractive potential husbands.
