On the Batman: the Animated Series season one DVD, there's a short that predates the show and helped them get the project produced. Most of the animators worked on Tiny Toons so the animation looks really bouncy and out of place. This made me think of that.
Also, is it really necessary for Lois' hair to cover one eye all the time?

The animation is nice, but seriously? A 90 second animation followed by 127 seconds of "the making of" that 90 second animation? Did they just play the entire rough draft of the clip I just watched in the background while these guys all jerk themselves off?

Cherry Pop Culture That's what stopped me from liking it. I want to give an 'A' for effort, 'cuz this is coming from fans and pretty amazing. But there's just no meat. There *should* be more, but it just stops. Just like those kinda-interesting-but-never-finished anime I bought/watched in the late 90s/ early 00s.

Xenocide The visuals and presentation are the point, not the story. Honestly, I don't know what to say to someone who is expecting some sort of narrative complexity out of a story about Superman and Fake Superman punching each other.
