Having sex isn't bad. It isn't wrong. You don't need to have a lack of self respect to choose to have or enjoy sex. There's nothing inherently wrong with doing it for money, either. The reason your prostitute doesn't seem to have self respect is that she fucks you. She might not have self respect, some people don't, but she may not have enough money to be able to turn away business. There are plenty of prostitutes (above street level) that pick their clients, and they drop garbage like you in a heartbeat.
