Binro the Heretic Do the Republicans actually have a long-term strategy for America as a whole or is their own personal strategy to stuff their pockets as full of money as they can and move to another country when America is finally reduced to a third-world hellhole?
Shanghai Tippytap Well, yes, but it will be our faults for not all becoming randian supermen as well.
jangbones Honestly they believe that this is better for the economy and the country.
How gullible does a person have to be to believe that?
SteamPoweredKleenex How gullible? Well, when you're fed a diet of Fox News, told that people who actually know things and are smart are out to "trick" you, convinced that the majority of our budget is being stolen by welfare recipients and illegal immigrants, and that jobs will gush from the sewers if the uber-rich are made even richer (in spite of 40 years of their taxes being reduced), it's all they seem to know.
Thanks to the GOP tying their worldview with Christianity and "not being a pussy," those who rah-rah'ed them into power are either running on faith that they haven't been lied to, or they're afraid of admitting they're wrong, which puts them into their self-defined "I'm a pussy" category.
Grandmaster Funk Every poor ignorant right wing hick out there deserves every last terrible thing that happens to them thanks to Republican rule.
candyheadrobot If people want it to happen, let it. I'd much rather die watching them all rue the day, than share space with such indescribably stupid people.
