Watching this documentary, and the Frontline Documentary, over and over, has completely changed my mind.
Oswald did it, bitches. Oswald and nobody else. The unluckiest loser in America brought down the luckiest winner, all by himself.
Consider the stupidity of the House Committee�s conclusions. Yes, Oswald fired the shots that killed the president, but someone else was also shooting, but he missed. So there must have been a conspiracy. They were smart enough to elaborately cover it up for twenty years, but not smart enough to get someone who could shoot accurately.
A majority of Americans believe that the government is somehow covering up the truth of the president's murder. It's impossible to gauge how destructive this myth has been. Would we have a tea party without it?

But let me be clear. The idea of a conspiracy to kill Kennedy by elements in the government (Hoover would be my favorite candidate) is NOT too outrageous to be believed; it's just not what the evidence indicates.

Somewhere in this documentary you'll see an old lady who was a friend of Marina Oswald talk about a random conversation with Marina that led to Oswald being hired by the Texas Schoolbook Depository. If there's a conspiracy, this old lady is in on it. Otherwise, Oswald's opportunity is just bad luck.
That's what pushed me over the edge, but there's so much more. You'll notice that the House Committee could only account for a second gunman if he missed. That's because all the shots that actually hit Kennedy and Connolly could only have come from the Depository. Every crazy theory gets considered, nothing ever sticks, and nothing disproves the official story. They've done computer modeling that completely explains the "magic bullet" trajectory.
God, there I go spouting details like the conspiracy guy from "Slackers".
