Variety just did an article about how the recent spate of high-quality, in-house cartoons was a direct result of young 20-something animators that grew up with the internet and Cartoon Network taking over.
Like all television? Or just the stuff you watch? How would you even measure that? Maybe get a bunch of Smart Guys in a room and show them all the shows from all the time periods and then they assign numerical values to each one, then math happens.
