This isn't his worst video and its not his best, but he's still at the top of his game. I'd say Girl Work It is his worst.

Agreed, it's not his best but it's still good and he's exapnding into new areas lyrically. Even though I like Coolest Guys it was kind of a retread of his first two songs, which had me worried he was going to get into the Youtube star trap of trying to make his original hit over and over instead of trying new things, but so far he hasn't had trouble with that.
