Dog wins. Although, to the camera operator, you realize you almost filmed a dog getting squashed? What would you have been left with then...eh? eh? yeah thought so.

A short whimper and slow speed evisceration of a dog. Probably some squishy and crunchy sounds.

And now the black dog is pissed off at the two brown dogs.

"FOOLS! When the car stopped and the driver got out, YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO STEAL THE CAR!"

"But, boss, cars weren't stopping!"

"Yeah, that was a streetcar. It was full of passengers & stuff."

Not only did no one swerve to hit the dog for being in the road, like people do in America, but when everything stopped, no one would even force the dog out of the way. It was treated as if it were a human, with all the rights of a person.

This needs a SOCIALISM! tag.

But like the dogs were here before the people, man.

For a moment, I thought the dog would start guiding the streetcar.
