He was portrayed by the actor who played the father in "Hellraiser". His evil brother came back from the dead, fucked his wife, tore off his skin and wore it like a suit. So he got to play the evil brother at the end of the movie and tried to rape his niece while wearing her father's skin. Then he got torn into big bloody chunks by sadomasochistic demons wielding meat hooks on the ends of rusty chains.
He went on to play Garak, a former cardassian assassin turned tailor, on "Deep Space Nine".
