She's just shitty all around.

Probably because creating is a human instinct, and when something is created which is recognizable to the creator as better than what they created before, it's not really Dunning-Kruger. I don't think they looked at this, compared it to the history of created art, and deemed it superior and thus shared it, I think they shared it because, for them, it didn't suck as much as the other things they did. We don't see the product that came before this one, it was probably nowhere near this good.

Of course, I say this as someone who thinks high dollar CG is garbage and that it is a tool best utilized in the hands of those who will use it for its strength, mainly goofy cartooning. So I would say this CG beats out, say, Prometheus, because the maker of this knew they were making a dumb cartoon, while the Prometheus team was delu$ional.
