It was made in 1976, not 1978. I saw it in '77 as a short before another feature in a theater. The driver (= director + producer), Leloach runs 16 red lights, runs the wrong way up one-way streets, and hits 80 mph in his awesome run from the Arc de Triomphe to Montmartre. I've been looking for this ever since!
