The best part of no more Twilight is no more lazy jokes about how much Twilight sucks.

And, much like Firenzi, my enjoyment of this fact ended when I realized I'm in for years of lazy "fanfiction, HEH" jokes about 50 Shades.

You poor, poor fools. The success of Twilight only ensures similar attempts to cash-in on the same kind of crap for years.

I hate to break it to everyone, but Twilight is not going away. They're making a movie out of The Host (which is basically just Twilight again with aliens instead of vampires) and talks are already underway to make another Twilight film with new characters in an offshoot and probably a film of "Short Life of Bree Tanner" which is a side-novel to the Twilight series.

I would not know anything about Twilight if it weren't for people who hate it on the internet. Because of that I know the plot of all three books, the three main actors in the movie, the plot of 50 Shades of Grey, and several serieses which are 'basically Twilight but with_____' without even specifically looking for any of that information.

In a similar way this is how i found out about Rebeca Black and Justin Biber, by the people that hate them, not their fans. Ironic i guess, but again, that's how the internet works.

I ended up seeing it today with my friend and his landwhale of a cousin. She was pissed because she couldn't go to the midnight showing last night, and I was the only one with an available car, and didn't have to pay to see it or for dinner. Seeing as I had nothing better to do, I said "Sure, I'll go".

The first preview shown before the movie was for a movie based on another Stephenie Meyer book with one of the most retarded premises for an alien invasion story I've ever heard. This was followed by a trailer for a Wizard of Oz prequel, a musical film version of Les Miserables, and a teen comedy movie about zombies being turned back into humans by falling in love with humans.

I don't really remember the rest of the movie.

I'm indifferent to Twilight. Anybody going out of their way to hate it is probably a secret fan.

The only noteworthy aspect of Twilight is how widely embraced it is by girls and (sad) women for such a setback of a female role model. There's nothing at all to the character except what men are currently doting over her.

I've watched all of them thanks to Rifftrax!

This was lame joke.

I couldn't even make it halfway through the first page of the first book before putting it back on the shelf. That's all I need to know about Twilight.
