"Hi... I'm Billy the Kid."

You'd never see a scene like that in a movie these days.

A time-traveling phone booth? "Doctor Who" is such a rip-off.

also: Joan of Arc is a total babe

kingarthur - 2012-12-03
Wasn't Joan of Arc Jane Weidlin of The Go Gos?

EvilHomer - 2012-12-03
Yes, that's Jane Wiedlin, guitarist of The Go-Gos. She's released a number of solo albums, had a role in the Clue movie, writes comic books, is an ordained minister in some unitarian cult, and is an activist for the pro-tightlacing/corset community.

She's also my mai waifu, so hands off!

takewithfood - 2012-12-03
Stars for Jane Wiedlin and the PoeTV hive-mind.

Snakeweapon - 2012-12-02
Although this is a most excellent film in its own right, I prefer Bogus Journey's deeper metaphysical probings and the line about Stations' 'most triumphant ass'.

This fansite has been rabidly covering the imaginary 'development' of the third installment http://www.billandted.org/
Bort - 2012-12-02
"Bogus Journey" is the same movie as Fritz Lang's "Metropolis", but told from Maria's point of view rather than Freder Fredersen's (Rufus's).

boggy84 - 2012-12-02
i remember when i was a teenager and would watch these movies like every weekend, there was this weird notion among people that bogus journey was an inferior film.

obviously history has vindicated bogus journey and both excellent adventure and bogus journey stand side by side as cinematic titans. i mean, the seventh seal scene ALONE makes it worth watching.

The first time I truly felt old was when I was working a college summer job with some high school kids and they had no clue what I meant by "Be excellent to each other."

You killed Ted you medieval dickweed!

This film ranks up there with Smokey and the Bandit as movies which are better with tv language adjustments.

You scum bum.
