Um, you do know this is a fundie propaganda movie and that almost everything in it is either exaggerated or completely made up, yes?
Whatever you think of Kinsey or his work, this movie is bullshit. Try reading a real book about him, not a weird OMG OUR CULTURE IS A CESSPOOL over-reactionary piece of garbage that gets most of its press on InfoWars and PrisonPlanet.
Did you even watch this? Honestly? From beginning to end? How can you even argue against these facts? If you can find me proof to disprove everything, then I will believe you.
"If you can find me proof to disprove everything, then I will believe you."
The silliest troll sentence since Waugh's rampage of aimless hate.
I started to post that the only review I could find of this movie was from Christian hatetard websites bleating that it's proof gay people are Satan's America rapers and other offensively stupid shit and that before I watched 3 hours of this I wanted someone to say it wasn't bullshit.
Now I'll need like six people to say it isn't bullshit.
So this isn't a legitimate documentary? Maybe I'll watch it after all.
I thought it was going to be a pretty straight, factual examination of the fact that a lot of Kinsey's (and as a result, 20th century America's) data o childhood sexuality was collected by interviewing convicted child molesters. Which is worthy of a documentary, but not something that sounds particularly pleasant to watch.
this film is purified christian propaganda, completely biased and fact free and absurd, a waste of time

This is some Ron Paul shit right here.
I guess I missed the part where Ron Paul denounced Kinsey as the leader of a Satanic child abuse ring.

American History Films - unknown
Executive producers Joseph M Schimmel and Christian J Pinto aka Pastor Joe Schimmel and Chris Pinto.
Both associated with Adullam Films (an easy google).
Significant quoting of Judith Reisman, who has an entry on wikipedia worth quoting:
"Reisman has postulated a physical mechanism to account for the dangers she ascribes to pornography: when viewed, an addictive mixture of chemicals which she has dubbed "erototoxins," floods the brain, causing harmful influences to it."
"Erototoxins"! It's the punchline to an unwritten Zapp Brannigan joke on Futurama.
Judith Reisman, wheee:
"Under the auspices of Utah's Lighted Candle Society (LCS), Reisman and Victor Cline, a clinical psychologist at the University of Utah, began raising money from American conservative and religious organisations. They hope to raise at least m to conduct MRI scans on victims under the influence of porn and so prove their theories correct. They foresee two possible outcomes: if they can demonstrate that porn physically "damages "the brain, that might open the floodgates for "big tobacco"-style lawsuits against porn publishers and distributors; second, and more insidiously, if porn can be shown to "subvert cognition" and affect the parts of the brain involved in reasoning and speech, then "these toxic media should be legally outlawed, as is all other toxic waste, and eliminated from our societal structure".
What's more, people whose brains have been rotted by pornography are no longer expressing "free speech" and, for their own good, shouldn't be protected under the First Amendment."

George Washington has traveled through time to the present day with one purpose: to look concerned and stare at empty swingsets. Swingsets emptied by Obama's army of Kinsey-loving pedos.
This documentary is complete garbage but the first five minutes or so are hilarious.

I didn't vote this up in the hopper because I couldn't tell if it was being submitted in earnest by a moron. I guess that was the case. Maybe someone could submit a version with better tags and descriptions.

The Youtube comments are worrisome.

How, within the first three minutes, did the submitter not realize what is going on here?
Despite clearly being garbage, just the quality of this thing is beyond reprehensible.

Come on, poesters! It's nearly three hours of fundies talking about child abuse! That's a textbook "five for evil"! And Species may be an idiot, but that's no reason to resort to ad hominem. Society progresses through free and open exchange within the marketplace of ideas; any idea, no matter how stupid, deserves the opportunity to be heard, and in refuting it we can only grow stronger. With that in mind, I'll address the first few points raised in the video (since I haven't had time to watch the whole thing).
The Kinsey-Nazi Connection: this is true, at least in the sense that Kinsey worked with a former Nazi. He had at least one professional exchange with a Nazi pedophile; however, there is NO evidence that he "encouraged" Herr Kiddiddler's proclivities, and their relationship seems to have been limited to an unsolicited letter or two. The fact that the Kiddiddler was a Nazi is no more relevant than the fact that the filmmakers are Christian, and in the abscence of any proof that Kinsey condoned or encouraged this man's abuse behavior, I fail to see why I (a member of "the public") should care about this revelation.
The Founding Fathers were Xtians: this is also true, although grossly misleading when invoked in modern political discussions. The Founding Fathers were (mostly) deists, even *gasp* Freemasons (and we all know how anti-Christian those Masons are!) They would be no more at home with the modern "Christian" right than they would be with the modern "Socialist" left. The idea that morality cannot (or perhaps, should not) exist without a Prime Mover to define and legitimize these laws is, I admit, somewhat more troubling, and too complicated to get into properly here (for the record, I am not a Christian, and I tend to suscribe to the sociobiological school of thought), although for this to worry us in the way in which the filmmakers wish to imply, we must accept that not only does a morality-defining God exist, but that these morals are accurately described in the Bible, that the moral laws specifically surrounding sexual behavior are both accurately interpretted and still valid within the context of Christ's "New Covenant", AND that it should be the duty of the temporal state to enforce and police these laws. Not, you know, the duty of God, or the informal "community", or even the individual and his own conscience ("personal responsibility" doesn't just mean you shouldn't ask da gubmint for handouts).
If You Watch Porn, You Act it Out: this claim is patently absurd. There have been MANY scientific studies done on the effects of pornography, and the truth appears to be quite the opposite (particularly in the case of "extreme taboo acts", like pedophilia). I'd also like to point out that this claim, if true, would mean that porn addicts have wild and exciting sex lives; one need only meet a porn addict to see that this is not the case, and frankly, it'd be a miracle if any of them got laid at all.
