That was very clever and completely unlike the impression I had of this movie. I should see it someday.

They're both interesting movies, but also products of their time. To me they are fascinating, because I enjoy reading and watching people from other eras talk about everyday life.

I don't think order matters, but I would recommend watching Yellow (the controversial one) first and Blue last as I thought Blue to be the better film. (I can't remember why. It's been over 4 years.)

I just discovered them both on Hulu plus.

Let me say it again, Hulu Plus comes with the Criterion Collection. I can't get Netflix on Linux, so Hulu plus is a no brainer for me. For Windows and Apple users who seriously interested in... uh, cinema, well I'd take a look at this.
