It was smart to not include what the voices will sound like. I wonder how his dialogue will sound spoken.
Eroticus E - 2013-02-26
That's my biggest concern.

Cube - 2013-02-27
There's an Achewood christmas video on Vimeo, Philippe and Ray talk on it.

Have webcomic-to-cartoon voices ever worked out right? The SNL version of Maakies is all I can think of, if that even counts.

I thought he was still working on an extended mental breakdown
Squidmojo - 2013-02-26
He said that he will do Roast Beef's voice his own self.
Louddetective - 2013-02-26
According to Wired, Artie, The Strongest Man In The World, will be the voice of Ray.

I don't have expectations of this actually existing, because Onstad, but it could be cool if anything comes of it besides a blog post with no content in two years.

This is the greatest and... well only Achewood comic I have ever really seen, and I believe it was posted on the old POE forums way back in the day.

And yes its the best one for exactly the reason you'd suspect I would enjoy it.

It's a shame they probably won't be able to do the thing with Philippe musing on Homosexuals:

Philippe has the best musings on homosexuals

Caminante Nocturno - 2013-02-27
I hope "Rap music, my droogs!" or Judas Priest Friday are in it somewhere.

Four-ish years ago I would have squealing like an anime girl. Now all I can manage is "That might be fun".
wtf japan - 2013-02-27
Not a moment too soon, then.

Squeamish - 2013-02-27
Well, I'm not squealing, but I'm glad to see he's out of his funk and back to writing, even if it's going to be in a different format. Let's hope something good comes out of this.

And that he doesn't forget Lyle.

Because I want to see that football roll.

Old_Zircon - 2013-02-27
Auto 5 for Buddy Holly, despite my grave misgivings about the voice acting if this ever actually happens at all.
wtf japan - 2013-02-28
Even if the voice acting is bad, it'll be good. It's so easy to imagine Onstad Roast Beefing about the voice acting if it turns out shitty. I hope that doesn't happen, but I'll still think it's funny if it does.
