Without a doubt, the most annoying theme song I've ever heard for any show ever.

This show always felt like it was boardroom-meeting-ed to death.
"Kids like them Power Rangers, right?"
"Yeah! But they also love classic Universal monsters!"
"Of course! So let's combine them!"
And it just got crazier from there.

I'd love to prove you wrong, but I can't think of anything worse than this song, either. Really scraping the bottom of the sentai-ripoff barrel here.

I never cared much for Power Rangers, but at least their theme song was badass.

Good god did I hate this show, and it's theme song. I absolutely hated all the other live-action-american-kids-show-recycling-japanese-show-footage shows of the time that desperately tried to duplicate the success of Power Rangers. VR Troopers, Masked Rider, etc. but I think this one was the worst of all of them.

There was also Superhuman Samurai Syber-Squad, but it was so bad, so incoherently scripted, so utterly senseless, that it was hilarious to me as a kid, so it got a pass.

I can't remember why or how that was incorporated into the story, but it was basically the before and after meeting place for every battle, like the room with a lot of switches and the giant face in Power Rangers.

This used footage from which toku series anyways, of course wikipedia has the answer the "Metal Heroes" franchise, which is undergoing a revival of sorts in Japan what with that Space Sheriff film and crossover film and whatnot.
