If I remember correctly Flabber was a ghost that looked kind of like Elvis and had magic powers. Other than that I don't know.

As low key as it seems at times, I still bet this show was a hell of a lot more fun to make than to watch. Also, I liked the Make a Wish thing in there. I hope he lived, just so he could talk about the time when he was a kid with cancer and got to meet the BIG BAD BEETLEBORGS.
