I was playing bongos on a local beach this one summer, because I didn't have anything in particular to do.

This one nice, warm summer evening a woman walked up to me, with her three children.

Apparently the children were interested in a person playing something, since there usually aren't any street musicians around those parts.

Two of the kids came up to me and I told them to try playing the drums; they hit them twice or maybe three times, but they tought it was boring.

The third kid was a girl, who had stayed a bit further the whole time. I looked at her and asked, if she wanted to try the bongos as well.

She slowly came over and started beating on them like it was the best thing she had ever done. It was like witnessing a birth of the next great percussionist of our time.

After a while the woman called to them and said it's time to go.

It was the best summer evening I had that day.

This guy has fifty more videos of himself being weird while the dog does essentially the same trick just with different objects. I know how I'll be spending my Friday evening.
