See, this is what JJ Abrahms should have done when he previewed Star Trek 2

my first reaction was "ugh i've seen this joke so many times" and then i realized that i'm old and it's just been Rudd through the years.

This looks AWESOME, I hope the whole thing is like this!!

Any other footage would have been disappointing.

I'm really curious to see what happens after that scene.

I would not have it any other way.

They've used this before. But it's still fun. *SPOILER* is full of fun scenes like that. I find the part where the kid dies in an explosion especially satisfying.
