For the music.

I can see this sleeping set-up working okay in winter, but what about in summer? Doesn't it get a little hot cocooning yourself in multiple thermal blankets? Like more uncomfortable than what you feel from the probably imaginary microwave attacks?

Knowing these people they probably think it's hot under the blankets because of the amount of EM energy they are deflecting, and imagine it's several times hotter outside them.

"Probably" because as a true skeptic I know it's nigh impossible to prove a negative, at least without going to the apartment complexes where people like aldamysteriosa1 claim they're being bombarded and inspecting every single piece of electronics in every apartment (as well as inspecting between walls) to prove that none of it is a Directed Energy Weapon.

I, too, am an EM weapons agnostic. I'm not saying the believers are right, but EM atheists are just as dogmatic as they are.

Okay, so this Target seems to have figured out a way to circumvent our subterranean EMW's.

The Question at this point is how far this Information is going to Spread, namely what percentage of our current TI's will no longer be affected by the STEMW's.

Multiple solutions to the problem (increased color spreading, increased infrasonic attack amplitude) have been Proposed. A Regional ad hoc committee (de lege lata) will be held this week behind the usual 7-11.

I've been saying all along that we should dump the STEMWs in favour of satellite-mounted low-frequency sonic delivery systems. And no, it's not just because I own a significant share of stocks in Halliburton's HA-LFSDS manufacturing subdivision. It's because those things can't be stopped by tin foil!

As the Anunnaki always say, humans don't call it "foil" for nothing.
