What's a cassette? Is that like a rectangular CD?

StanleyPain - 2013-04-19 Cassettes are basically the perfect audio medium, but of course the industry doesn't want you to know that. So long as you operate the players at the proper temperature, the tape format actually offers clearer resolution and more space around the instruments then vinyl or CD can ever hope to achieve. Ideally, you should replace your tape heads with audiophile grade titanium nodules (usually only about 0 a head, which isn't too bad considering the vast leap in sound) and make sure that you store your tapes in a proper case (-60 will get you the best tape storage systems, usually the ones with humidity control). So long as you get a pro-tech to properly re-warm and re-ionize your tapes every 9-12 months or so, the sound will easily surpass anything else you've ever heard.

Prickly Pete - 2013-04-19 So, perfect, aside from those several extreme inconveniences.

Half of all cassette decks did this, I'm fiving the Thunderdome "'Pocyclypse" child culture of the Internet touching and screaming like apes at the past. Somewhere a brony with a Rainbow Dash doll is sitting on a hill in shaman juggalo paint, watching the rest.
