I agree, and would like to offer the Federal Government a way to refute this.
1.) Kidnap Glenn Beck with a black bag over the head and take him straight to Gitmo.
2.) Instead of water boarding him, give him red belly, purple nurples, and strained carrot juice until he confesses to 9/11 (should be like twelve minutes of work tops).
3.) Post that video to poeTV.
