In the cop's defense, that's a pink lemonade half & half, which is pretty gross.

He's the Henry Louis Gates of his generation.... FIGHT THE POWER, BRO!
Nice car, horrible drink, horrible cop, great footage of drunk strut, nice save on not spilling drink when getting forced to the ground
4:02: Man and can in custody, justice.

agreed, that is indeed sum bullshit right there.
But I thought the cops were our friends?
This is civilization you're watching right here.
Do not talk to the police. They can arrest you, kill you, or release you, you cannot be forced to talk to them.

YEAH, YOU A BIG MAN NOW.
Pick up the can. Now put it in the trash can.
Pure power trip?
i wasn't afraid of cops before i started 'lurking' here but jeez louise
I really want to call fake on this. For starters, who films their friend drinking iced tea waiting around doing nothing, and second, who introduces themselves going 'Hey guys, check me out, I'm drinking some arizona half and half!'?
On an semi-related note, what law would he have been breaking if he was drinking? He wasn't driving, and had someone else around if he needed a DD.
Watching it again, if it is real, holy fucking shit. Like, seriously. I'm just a bit skeptical.
I used to work at 7-11, which happened to also be the only liquor store in town. It was made pretty clear during training that people are NOT allowed to drink alcohol on the property under any circumstances, and to call the police if they were. I don't know if the law is similar where this was filmed, but that's probably the justification.
Normally you need a different, more expensive license to allow people to drink the booze they just bought in the place they just bought it.
