I had a friend who always complained about the 'friend zone'. Actually, his whines were pretty similar to this video. He always complained how he (in his mind), treated a woman like a goddess, but she'd never fuck him because he was stuck in the friend zone, while failing to realize that creepy compliments and begging for sex weren't ever going to get a girl interested.
'Friend zone' seems to be an excuse idiots use because they refuse to believe the problem couldn't possibly be with someone as awesome as they are.

Bort - 2013-05-04 There is a ton of confusion, in part, because every TV series, movie, and afterschool special since forever has instructed people to just be themselves and people will love them for their inner beauty. (This usually has something to do with the cute girl dating an asshole at the beginning, though really, that's just cheating in the script.)
On "The Office", Pam dumped Roy for Jim. In every romantic comedy ever, the woman dumps her successful handsome (but slightly arrogant) boyfriend for the lovable loser protggnh. The Karate Kid won the heart of Elizabeth Shue. And the chicks just throw themselves at Peter Parker. The point is, there is this recurring theme that women perceive quiet mopey inner charm and cleave to it; just give it time, movies and TV insist, and she'll come around.
That said, Pam went for Jim, but didn't then turn around and go for Toby, who is even quieter and mopier than Jim, who is a snide lazy sarcastic little bitch when you get right down to it.

Going from songs about male genitalia and cartoon references to songs about highschool dating troubles. Truly they are maturing with their audience.

And of course, the guy the woman is actually dating is a Jersey Shore-style meathead. Because there's NO WAY he could be a better choice than you, right guys?

It's hilariously bad, but it's also not worth anyone's time.
Shit like this is intended for parents and art instructors to watch, that's it.
