That must be the happiest kid alive.

Ooh, they flew him up from Virginia to Ottawa just to do that.

Also, after "so you still want to be a YOU CAN'T DO THAT ON TELELVISION cast member"? "I don't know." *slime*, they should have added "well, you can't because we're making like 6 episodes with the new cast and then just suddenly cancelling it."

sasazuka - 2013-05-03

Correction, five episodes. I mean, they made a couple of dozen new episodes with a more or less entirely new kid cast in 1989, they had an audition for a couple of new cast members in the November of that year, and then just made 5 episodes in 1990 & no more.

Seven Arts/H8 Red - 2013-05-03

The show ran its course by 1990. It had been around for eleven years. That's a better run than I think anyone expected from what was once CJOH time filler.

Yeah, I know the show had more or less run its course, I just found it odd that they held the audition for new cast members just before it was cancelled, as though they were expecting to squeeze one more full season out of the dilapidated toothpaste tube.

You don't know, a monster cums on you.
