That got through the hopper much faster than expected. I put up a clip for his film on Otto Rahn in there as well.

Wow, I need to see this. I love Hardware and never knew that guy had made anything else (other than directing half of Island of Dr. Moreau and then giving up on it for being shit)

Richard's done Hardware and Dust Devil, both of which are great art-schlock. Those are his features. He's also done three surprisingly good and abstract documentaries: The Secret Glory (which I submitted as well), The White Darkness (about the US occupation of Haiti which also includes US military admitting on-camera they feel their mission is to help "Christianize" the natives) and Voice of the Moon, a silent film documentary filmed during the USSR's invasion of Afghanistan in 1991.

He's also got a good amount of truly damaged short films to his credit. I've no idea what he does for money (commercials maybe?) but he's a great guy who knows way more about Rennes Le Chateau and Cathar mysticism cults than any sane person should.

dust devils are actually really tiny adorable mini tornadoes that kick up trash bags.

this is the kind of bad movie that should exist.
