It's really suspicious that they don't show the target.
I bet it's because there is no way a plastic, 3D printed barrel would be capable of withstanding the pressure needed to propel any kind of traditional bullet to dangerous speeds. Even a .22lr produces thousands of PSI of pressure inside of the chamber. This guy is firing rounds that are underloaded to the point that this is no more dangerous than a slingshot.
He's trolling the pearl-clutchers, and it's working because this was the top story on Huffington Post all day today.
