Seriously, this trailer is completely unrepresentative of the actual look and tone of the movie.
FYI, this so far has played IFC maybe once and a couple festivals but there IS a 720p torrent of it. The sites say it's dead but it's actually quite healthy.
The trailer makes it look like some true crime show format, but it's actually closer to , I don't even know, maybe the parts of Barton Fink that don't have any dialogue? That's not right either, but it's still more accurate than the trailer.
Google video it set to 20+ minute videos so you can see it is readily available on Amazon.com! I make no claims or endorse any other immediately useful search results from this Amazon.com endorsement.
The Knife does the soundtrack!
Oh, I didn't see it on Amazon but I wasn't searching there directly, and I haven't searched on Google video for anything in years, I actually thought it was pretty much dead. Good to know!
I liked the soundtrack a lot but I didn't catch that it was The Knife!
i'm for it.
It is weird, if you live in Wisconsin, how many connections there are. My college roommate's uncle was Dahmer's lawyer, and he himself used to play in the playground near where Dahmer would pick up his victims.
They talk about that in the movie, everyone in the building was displaced and sent to different projects (of their choice). There was one older guy who refused to leave and had to be taken out by the police. It's pretty ridiculous, really.

It's spelled Jeffrey.
Sorry to butcher the spelling like that.

Any place I can find this movie? All the rental places in town are out of business, and I doubt Redbox has it.
Bittorrent only, it must have played on IFC and it's doing a festival or two this year but as far as I know it's not actually available anywhere yet. Torrent's 720p and fast.
Never mind, look in the responses under my first post, you can get it.
For serial, you guys, I'm hinting here with a five pound hammer, the kind you can bash videos with, in a kind of video bash, the kind three results under the amazon.com result if you do a google video search.
Stars, that was a good documentary.
When I was going to college, my dorm room was #213, just like Dahner's apartment number. True Story.
This is really good.
