We're getting the one rink that closed and is re-opening soon. Hopefully it doesn't come with the drab lameness I remember of it back in high school. Although bringing back Warrior arcade game would be cool.

It's not about safety, they banned roller derby girls from entry because they consider them undesirable elements. Which is bullshit even though they kind of are.

They also have a ban on anyone between 13 and 18 in place for three or four hours every evening. The United Skates of America isthrowimg out our civil skating liberties left and right.

And yet they still let a shit skater like me go in there. Last time I ran over a 12 year old, but nobody was hurt except my dignity (12 year olds and my girlfriend laughed at me) and I don't really put much stock in that stuff.

I think I'll wait for white people steal this or make a movie about and make it acceptable to watch. As it is now, it makes me uncomfortable.

There are lots of ways to socialize normally. This looks like one of them. Sometimes in order to socially enjoy a performance you have to get in a circle so everyone can see. You can clearly see them skating in groups too. To, you know, socialize. SOCIAL
