actually this screensaver is very useful, because if I ever met anyone who used it I would know not to talk to them

This is just more evidence that we need to return to the Gold Standard screensaver.

Back in the day Maxis had a screensaver that required at minimum a 386 processor. It was called El Fish.

Ah screen savers, The paperweight of software programs.
Mr. Purple Cat Esq.
I remember when screensavers had this brief moment of glory when they were the coolest thing on pcs. Eg. 'After dark' in late 80's early 90's also the star trek themed after dark

Also 'demos' remember second reality by future crew?
I mustve watched that 100 times. [ Its on youtube :) ]

Toenails
Yeah, loved me some After Dark.

What's going to be a city window? What's going to be a star? Keep watching and find out!

Udderdude
I remember playing around with After Dark for Macs quite a bit. Even did some art replacement for the Flying Toasters one.

Old_Zircon
Demos are still pretty cool.

Toenails
@Udderdude: It was flying dicks wasn't it?

Udderdude
If I recall it was some sort of cartoon character vomiting. At least it wasn't flying dicks.

Old_Zircon
No, but the Liberty Dollars mod just hit its second beta release and it looks like it's going to be great.
