There's so many things shippers and OCers could do - Megadash, Starbuckdash, Rainbow Croft - why they persist on mixing her with that conceited asshole who talks like an early 90s throwback is beyond me.

I was a genesis kid growing up, and absolutely loved Sonic, especially sonic 3 and knuckles. While I missed out on a Saturn (Not that I really wanted one, that Playstation was way cooler looking.), I was pretty fast to jump on a Dreamcast. Sonic Adventure was fun, and the second wasn't bad until that broken ass final area.
Those were the last good sonic games. I bought one game after that, then rented the next in case the previous one was an unfortunate fluke, and never looked back. They just kept bloating the series with more characters and less gameplay.
Shit, at this point, it doesn't even seem like Sega is even trying anymore. Every time I see a Sonic game trailer, it always looks like Sega just knows Sonic fans will buy whatever crap they churn out.

I'm surprised Sonic Team doesn't have a worse reputation than the Call of Duty developers by now. At least that game's developers give enough of a shit to make sure the game's base mechanics don't kill off the character by accident regularly.
