WHAT COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG?

Make a Dune anime where every single character is a loli EXCEPT for the actual loli.

Why do people say it's unfilmable? It's a pretty straightforward narrative.

Like I said, it's basically Lawrence of Arabia in space with lots of drugs.

Well you finally got your wish.

Too bad the remake looks like a generic boring blockbuster action movie.

Frank's novels are real page-turners compared to the sequels his offspring and estate cranked out.

The first three books are actually pretty good and move along really nicely. It's when Herbert wrote himself into a corner and decided to use the "Ghola" concept to keep resurrecting characters thousands of years over and over again to keep the books moving into the future while still retaining a good portion of the original characters.


Of course, Brian Herbert ended the whole series with every main character from Dune coming back as a Ghola and living happily ever after. How novel.

It's a combination of close quarters (you just have to parry/grapple with your opponent) and stealth (the hope is your opponent doesn't notice and your audience thinks you're amazingly skilled).

And Sting made a far better Feyd than Matt Keeslar did, and I liked Keeslar as "The Middleman."

Well, I was hoping someone was going to make a pun on the word "hipster", but I guess Mr. Serious McNofun here has it all figured out.

To be honest, "knife fight" and "hipster" rarely appear in the same sentence. "Hipster" and "stabbing," maybe, but even so, it's not too common.

"The Middleman" was crazy fun.

I never noticed the bowling pin strike sound at the end. Was that always there?

ahh man, don't be hating on Sting. I know he made some shit adult contemporary,but the Police are great.
