Hooker - 2013-10-05 I've heard complaints that Value Village has begun raising their prices to the point that they're comparable with regular retail stores. So, fucking pop culture has just steamrolled a method for the poor to clothe themselves.
Hegemony Cricket - 2013-10-05 I live one soon-to-be gentrified block away from that Value Village. The prices are still in keeping with the smell.
All is well.
I pray daily that their lease is both long and ironclad in their favor. City planners usually cause more actual grief than Macklemore.
sasazuka - 2013-10-05 I love Value Village from a vintage Hot Wheels-collecting standpoint, but setting up a mini-Hallowe'en store with brand new costumes (starting in August, mind you) kind of defeats the purpose of shopping for Hallowe'en costumes at a thrift store, where it should all be about being creative with found objects.
Jet Bin Fever - 2013-10-08 You have to share some videos about your vintage Hot Wheels collection.
