If you can even think of saying that phrase, then yes. Yes, you are.

What's truly amazing about this case to me is that the alleged rapist isn't even on the sex offender lists. I've seen cases where two CONSENSUAL under-age teens had sex and both (or usually the male) get off with no jail time but a lifetime of having to register with the pedo patrol.
I'm not saying that's even close to a solution, but it's incredible that not even THAT managed to happen.
It's because the whole community is gross as fuck and are siding with the rapists because they don't care how disgusting they look to the rest of the outside world or how many laws they decide not to magically enforce so long as they run themselves like animals.
There are so many places in America where someone can literally get away with anything as long as they're on a high school or college sport team.
Also helps if your grandfather is a politician.

"From the surface, it appears to be some sort of cover up"

The main point of his statement is valid. He just goes out of his way to be the most awful person possible. Super shitbag.
As an aside, here's a fairly decent (although, I'm guessing, poorly edited) article on consent and intoxication. That has to do with Maryville and even mentions this horse piss gargler.

Hair exactly like you'd expect.
Mr. Purple Cat Esq.
Yeah its amazing! too perfect. Makes me suspicious he is just a cut-rate actor playing the part and hamming it up.

Track this shitstain down, beat the fuck out of him at precisely 1 a.m., then ask him what he expected to happen being out at that time.
Bonus: if he's drunk, it's apparently okay to rape him.

I wonder, if both the victim and the rapist had been male, would people feel the victim "should have known" what was going to happen and was somehow less deserving of sympathy?
And no, I'm not saying homosexuals are predators nor that every young man should be afraid of being raped by another young man.
What I'm asking is if you had an equally murky situation, i.e. both parties are highly intoxicated and impaired, would the same people, who seem so lacking in sympathy for the victim in this case, throw up their hands and say "Oh well, what did he expect to happen? He went to a party at 1:00 AM. He got drunk. He should have been more careful. He probably consented and is only crying 'rape' because he got caught."

I'm not saying that Maryville deserved to be firebombed, but knowing the facts of this case....
