StanleyPain - 2013-11-04 Sad, but it doesn't change the fact that legions of morons think that autism is some sort of badge of honor and self-diagnose themselves so they can use their made-up mental "illness" as an escape hatch for just being socially broken and gross, so this doesn't really kill the joke that is "internet autism syndrome."
yogarfield - 2013-11-04 here here. i've always thought it more of "internet-induced autism", which runs a spectrum from willful malingerers to lolcows who have, over time, worked themselves into a sort of stockholm syndrome with, and begin to internalize the insults of their commenter base.
TeenerTot - 2013-11-04 The shot of his sister in the chair is heartbreaking.
Jet Bin Fever - 2013-11-04 Having someone this autistic is hard on everyone around them. I'm sure it is a lot of the reason she is so shy too. She probably doesn't feel comfortable at home at all.
