Anyway, I loved this movie. It was full of talent and didn't take itself seriously. It was nice to see Tommy Chong play a somewhat competent character for once.

No, this movie was specifically made to prove they didn't need drug jokes, I'm pretty sure it was a last ditch attempt to keep Cheech from quitting.

This movie was pretty awesome when I was in 6th grade and it's what got me in to Cheech and Chong so I'll always have a soft spot for it, but objectively it's pretty spectacularly bad.

Definitely. Things Are Tough All Over is the only one of their movies I've never had the desire to see again.

Even their best movies only really have an hour of really good material at best.
