Hey, I've seen all the Tripods episodes and Children of the Stones.

I loved this show as a kid. Although the FX were slightly ropey even then.

I had always heard wonderful rumors about this show. I had to make do with Nick Arcade. :(

This doesn't look very fun for any of the kids involved. You either have a bucket on your head stumbling into shit or you're experiencing the kid version of a quarterly sales strategy meeting.

When I was a kid living in Cardiff at the end of the 80s, we had five channels. One was in Welsh, two was sheepdog racing, three was BBC news and four was billiards, but channel five had this and a cartoon about toys trying to live with their factory defects

Thanks for the memories! This was on our local public broadcasting on Saturday mornings when I was a kid, and yes I thought the children actually died.
