As I've stated before, I think Waugh is the very essence of POETV having achieved sentience and trying to communicate with us. It's even learned to use complete sentences by now. In a few years it'll launch the missiles at russia and begin the robot apocalypse.

Nobody understands his/her/yrmom's endgame or motivation. Half of the point is that he keeps doing this way beyond the point that anyone would have given up (I think he's a full-on gimmick poster by this point) and half is that he's a parody of complaints about this site.

I remember when he started, a thread popped up on Bo News about him and us. They thought it was _so telling_ that we just automatically assumed Waugh is from Bo. Nobody seemed to take much note that the first post was something to the effect of, "I don't know which one of you this is, but good job!"
