I like her hat.
mouser - 2014-01-26
Saw her on TEDx last year. Was a tad more poetic in that context than with a rowdy audience.

A chance to link the "gravity has lost its cruel grip on our lives" tag.

We'd play games like these with fallen branches when I was a kid and I could maybe get to four but it was in no way as graceful as this, and there wasn't an emotionless man with sunglasses JUDGING JUDGING JUDGING my every move.

look up balance points, center of gravity, etc.

very simple stuff.

maybe it was in 2004, 2005 or so, but there was someone doing this on the Eurovision halftime show. Absolutely fantastic. Could have been the same woman.

If you practice enough to be able to do this successfully, you haven't stolen a thing as far as I'm concerned. At any rate, I thought this was one of those things that performers have been doing for hundreds or thousands of years.

Fantastic tag linking too.

WOW. Though the science behind it is simple, you can't fault the skill.
memedumpster - 2014-01-27
That was beautiful, and the ending was fantastic.
Gmork - 2014-01-27
Meditative, wonderful.

I love watching performers like these, the bodies are just beautiful. The honing of senses and muscle control to perform such feats, and you can see it in the movements. There is no waste there.
