I would've laughed at it too, despite the amount of stabbings, collisions, and even explosions I would be reading about. I can't fault them really.
I would have laughed _SO HARD_, and then laughed that I was laughing while reading the news of someone who received serious injury. The public backlash would probably ruin my life, which would also make me laugh.
