She's been in a few movies, most of which cast her as a girl that has to harden up to survive the environment she's in. She's not really a bad actress, the hunger game movies are a terrible representation of her though.

I didn't watch the video, but I did read and comment on the "Jennifer Lawrence backlash" stories that were all over the web the monday after the oscars. Go ahead and google it, it's a thing.
If I did watch the video, I'd probably agree with her. Parasitic bloggers manufacture narratives out of nothing, to prove that everyone hates Jennifer Lawerence now, and she's over. A couple of snarky tweets is all it takes. It's a lot like cyber bullying It produces a shitty article that's provocative enough to get someone to click, that's enough.
Of course it's always the female actor who gets this treatment. Before Jennifer Lawrence it was Anne Hathaway, and before that, it was Gwyneth Paltrow. It's sexist as hell, although many of the worst offenders are female bloggers, and it has the potential to damage careers and lives. I don't blame you if you're not interested, but it's a perfectly valid thing for young woman to be talking about on an entertainment vlog.
