Mirror his Jiz videos while you can too. Now that Jem will be a hot "new" film property, I'm sure those will get scrubbed too.

I dared to believe, for the briefest of moments at least, that I had heard "new Jiz movie!" when my co-worker broke the news to me. My life has been nothing but a string of crushing disappointments.

Fair fucking use.
Koda Maja - 2014-03-27
It's not like fair use laws have ever stopped media conglomerates from tossing out frivolous cease and desist orders in the past.

SteamPoweredKleenex - 2014-03-27
Fair use, parody, derivative works, etc.

It doesn't matter so long as they have lawyers who are desperate to stay employed and the legal system is too expensive to use for just about everyone who isn't already wealthy.

'Murica!

Yeah, it's not like copyright law is even really law; it's Calvinball for the corporate establishment. You make up the rules as you go along, and whomever's richest, wins.

In a world where everyone could play by the same rules as Disney, the Brothers Grimm would still have copyright over their fairytales and Disney would have been shut down a century ago.

EvilHomer - 2014-03-28
What I'd like to see is Osamu Tezuka's estate start sending out shit-tons of takedown notices directed at all official Disney's The Lion King material, just to see what happens. Since internet hosting sites are increasingly adopting a SOPA-esque philosophy of assuming bad faith, placing the burden of proof on defendants, and establishing no real penalties for frivolous flagging, it could be really fun.

Old_Zircon - 2014-03-28
It's less that copyright law itself is rigged and more that Youtube is rigged plus equality under the law goes only as far as your wallet.

EvilHomer - 2014-03-28
Oh, I agree that the problem is more about Youtube and inequality under the law, but copyright law itself is most certainly rigged. Copyright law may have served a rational, reasonable, society-wide purpose a couple centuries ago, but modern copyright law is a very strange beast indeed, a legal fiction that exploded across our civilization less than a century ago, and it's black festering creep has been dictated to us by companies like Disney, according to their whims, for their own benefit. I don't think there's ever been any body of law so often twisted and re-imagined to suit the needs of oligarchy as copyright law.

It's one of the few things I hate more than Chomsky!

If Jiz was hosted by cops we would not be having this discussion.

baleen - 2014-03-28
If the fair use doesn't get them then the Decency Patrol flaggers will. Fact is she\he's gotten too big.

misterbuns - 2014-03-27
He is moving all of his stuff to his FoD account.

Also, he is doing an upcoming Jiz video with Willam Belli...
CornOnTheCabre - 2014-03-28
Wait, what? The Botchamania and OSW Review guys have gotten more Youtube accounts deleted than cyberbullying, getting your channel shut down is more or less just proof you've made something worth watching. THAT'S SOME WEAK COKE, JIZ

Maybe they can distribute the voice overs with sync information, Riff Trax style.

No one is allowed to be creative now as dying corporations grasp for control over their worthless intellectual holdings.
