See, North Korea, we don't make fun of you for photoshopping up your propaganda, we make fun of you for doing it poorly.

Hello, closing cutscene from Metro 2033.
...and Dishonored, I suppose.

So how's the Coast Guard these days?

Oh man. This was beautiful and I'm sitting in here in America feeling guilty about wondering what song this is. I think it was actually Carter Burwell and the movie was In Bruges.
Jet Bin Fever
Spaceman Africa answered it right below, it's from the 28 Days Later soundtrack.

Nice video, but I have no idea what side I'm supposed to be rooting for.
The Pro-Russian side are like the American Tea Party: phoney astro turf movement backed by powerful entity that appeals to secret fascists who yearn to be set loose by a totalitarian authority to crack heads of undesirables.
How about the side of the people who just want to get a bite to eat at fucking Burger King without being brutally murdered? Those guys that get caught in the middle of this shit. I'm on their side.
The video wants you to root for Russia and the ethnic Russians living in the Ukraine who wish to secede / get conquered by Russia. Of course, you are free to disregard the videos' advice, and instead root for the pro-Ukrainians, an astroturfed movement that yearns to be colonized by Western powers.
I'd say it's somewhat similar to Vietnam, in that you've got a phony populist movement, backed by Russian imperialists, that is trying to install a repressive dictatorship, set against a corrupt puppet government that represents European interests, and the narrative being sold to Western proles is that, if the Ukraine falls, it will lead to a domino effect, whereby Russian KGB-gangster-fascism will steamroll the entire region (and this narrative is probably correct). Like Vietnam, there are no clear good guys, and like Vietnam, it's really none of our business (not that this will stop people from being very opinionated).
So how is the populist movement phony?
Is it because no one could possibly dislike western backed neo-nazis?
Obviously we should be rooting for the inventor of that photoshop plugin that lets you bring elements out and reconstructs the background automatically. It's made advertising that much cooler.
As for the Neo-Soviets vs, the Neo-Nazis with actual Ukrainians dying in the middle, well... do they have photoshop?
So how much is Putin paying you to astroturf for the neo-Stalinists, SolRo? More to the point, of course some people might dislike western backed Neo-Nazis. Just as some people might dislike warmongering pseudo-socialists with a penchant for torture and global surveillance. That does not mean these "movements" are any less created and manipulated by billionaires with their own self-serving agendas.
And yeah, that plugin is awesome. Anyone know what it's called?
Anyone who goes Southpark and takes the "both sides are the same!" stance has very little understanding of Viktor Yanukovych and his supporters.
His greatest crime? Imprisoning the goddamn hottest prime minister ever!
Has Southpark done an episode on this yet?
Nominal and SolRo, you guys both seem to be very passionate about this issue. What are your reasons for being for the Ukraine / for Russia, respectively?
Nominal has the upper hand so far. That Ukrainian PM is pretty hot.

Who would have guessed fascists would like the 28 Days Later soundtrack.
