Iranians for the most part are pretty reasonable people and much more liberal than you'd expect (the government, however is not)

The image that is projected by the regime is propaganda.

Apparently they took idiot selfies in the hospital afterwards so your motion to declare this a non-laughing matter is overruled.

But they looked pretty banged up in those selfies. Also, we have no idea whether the people they hit are still alive, nor can we even be sure the photos were real: the Iranian government may well have posed their corpses and taken a fake-selfie so as to do something something I don't know, whatever it is evil Iranians do.

I think this whole thing needs to be taken before the Council of Laughing Matters and submitted to a full judicial review.

...the picture makes it seem like they "won," somehow. Like the stale old rules of cause and effect wanted to curb their behavior, but even the breaking of their very bones couldn't destroy their urge to let their instagram followers know that everything is a-ok, heart smiley diamond. You can break their bones, but not their spirit, and I've seen enough Rocky movies to know that *that* makes them the good guys, and me, the guy who asks friends not to snapchat me video of them tailgating people, the evil russian or black guy.
